“Good health results from perfect communication between each part of the body and mind, and when each cell communes with every other. Although yoga is essentially a spiritual science, it leads to a sense of physical and emotional well-being” B.K.S. Iyengar in ‘YOGA’
You will find as you look back on your life that the moments when you have truly lived are the moments when you have done things in the spirit of love – Henry Drummond in his book ‘The greatest thing in the world’..
True love comes about when you realize the Self. The Self in one is the same Self in any other. That Self is the essence of a human being. When we move away from being self-centric to being Self-centric (note the change of case), you are maturing into the human being that you were meant to be. This process of realization happens when you spend time understanding what is the Self, how to realize it, etc. Yoga practice is a great way for such introspection. Of the seven days a week and of its168 hours (wow, that’s a lot of time), how many hours do you spend in realizing your Self?
