When you practice a session of Yoga, every session is new. There is always the feeling that each time is different and you feel the same energy but in a different way. You explore different corners of the body and fill it with the Prana and experience a new being. How wonderful it is to feel the lightness in the forehead and wanting to stay in that state forever. It is like breathing. Every breath, though the same isn’t the same. If there weren’t that newness everytime, maybe we would all stop breathing.
