Simple Yoga routine

Stand up, Yo

Puff out your chest

deep breath in

deep breath out.

Raise your arms

Stretch the spine

inhale, you lengthen

exhale, you let go.

Move your shoulders

Round about times few

Spread your arms

Across the chest

as many as you chew.

Spread the feet

Arms up neat

Bend to the side

At least eight breaths aside.
