The swollen right ankle couldn’t keep me from working out. I wanted to just try the Schwinn to see how it feels. Presto! I found out that you won’t need to use the ankle very much (at least strain it) if the seat position is good and the resistance level isn’t too high. So I did 20 mins on the bike to my satisfaction. Of course, it will depend on the exact nature of injury to the ankle, so do be careful; over enthusiasm can be dangerous.
