Thanks to my Schwinn, I have been cycling almost 5 times a week on average to lose about 7 pounds in 3 1/2 months. No quick loss. In the process, I have gained more conscious of what it feels like to have a flatter tummy and lesser weight. One thing for certain, my flexibility is up though my yoga practice is down. It feels great when you have the sweat pouring down your neck and back. Yes, it might be as well Yikes, but there is no other way out to health – work it out, eat good and moderate all habits.
I am off to Overland Park today for a 80 migration. Hope all goes well. Hopefully I will find time to venture out into MO one of these days.
