I created a 10-mile a day (riding) challenge on Dailymile.com. 10 miles can seem a stretch daily. It takes 40-45 minutes of riding depending on the level of resistance. I felt the drag both the last two days. My goal is to keep at it while not chastizing myself for some misses. With Holidays coming, it is important to keep working out and not get easily lost in ‘Happiness’ – a sure way to lose health at least if not to gain weight.
