The soul never dies…

But, as we know, we got ONE life. Thus, whatever, your goals are – be it getting that love of your life, the dream car or the house, do all it takes and all you can give to it to achieve it! Remember, let not getting to that goal deem you to be this or that. It is what you want to do achieving the goal that defines you; the victory lets your soul free.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011. Let not the life pass by and at the end get you to think – you didn’t do all it takes for what could have been.

Read this beautiful poem, source of inspiration to Robert Mandela, by William Ernest Henly. This poem forms the backbone of Clint Eastwood’s Invictus.

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
