– Sprouts, carrot shavings, seasoning for Salad
– Onion Pakoras
– Idlis for appetizers with mint chutney and sambaar
– Potato-Onion palya
– Puliyogre (flavored, lightly spiced rice with peanuts)
– Rasam and Rice
– Some Chips and other snacks
– Desserts: Rasgola, Beetroot Halva
This was actually the day before Thanksgiving.
For Thanksgiving, the menu was
– Sprout Salad
– Dosas with chutney and Potato/onion palya
– Bisi Bele Bath
– Rice, Rasam, Curds
– Desserts: Rasgola, Beetroot Halva, Mysore Pak and Wheat Halva – the latter two courtesy of guests.
