You have to take things as the truth and move on. I expect we all will have our share of problems and it should come as no surprise. We have to do what it takes to face them. You should recognize everyone will have their share of problems and instead of sinking down with them, you need to swim with them. That’s how you will find your energy. The negative energy developed by stress and undue concern will overwhelm you otherwise. Also, be practical about goals in life. If you think, a challenge you have taken is draining you, either due to your own choice or due to outside influences, take it on the chin and see how to move on. I am not saying you can’t do it, but if it is causing undue stress, you have to keep on evaluating your situation. If you are determined to do it, then it shouldn’t be a source of stress but it should be pure motivation and life will show you ways to deal with it. The results, won’t show up right away. To swim, you need to have faith and hope. Belief is a must that will help you counter the tides of fear and anxiety. You might think you are getting a spate of bad news, maybe a friend with a health problem or a relative suffering for a long time. If that is the case, sorry to hear that. Instead of worrying about it, think what you can do to help them out. You will always find time to do more than you think you can at a time. That is the power of the human brain. Where there is a will, there is a way. No one can show you the path, but you will find it yourself if you put your mind to it. Let not every bit of news put you down every time; and you can expect them to keep on coming. So, accept that fact and make space for them in your thoughts. That is what life is. You also have to remember, all the struggles you go through now will make you stronger.
