Also, have lost 4 lbs since I started working out Jan 3rd this year. I used to do Yoga all the past years, but would never log it. Keeping track of nutrition is making a lot of difference. I have a set goal of about 1600-1700 calories per day. As long as I maintain that, I should reach my goal of 155 lbs by April 20th this year – almost a pound a week of loss. Can’t wait to get there and then face the challenge.
