burnt that is…Never realized that I had these numbers behind me. I used to log my workouts at DailyMile.com about three years back. Looking back I did this regularly for about a year. Those were the times when I would play cricket actively and teach yoga. Those were the times when my weight was at its lowest as far as I can recall, at a good 160 lbs. Recently took up logging workouts again and when I looked at stats at Dailymile, I was able to export all my workouts from my past – sweet! Here it is! Had about 1800 miles in a year – a combination of running, walking and biking.
