So how is it going so far?


DM02252014-2 On the workout front, it is the 9th week since I started working out actively (outside of yoga) and the results are showing. I have

–  lost approximately 7-8 lbs

– walked, ran, biked 206 miles

– spent 30 hours working out!

DM02252014It also feels good to punch that hole in the belt on the inner end of them all! My energy level has certainly gone up significantly. This might also be because I just got a great set of Harbinger 60W speakers that fills my family room with just AWESOME sound. Kiddin’ aside, my energy level has certainly gone up and I feel more positive these days.  Starting to teach yoga again is having a great deal of positive influence in its own way.
