On average, the difference between the recommended intake and daily intake comes to 1 lb loss per week. Since beginning of the year, after about eight weeks, I have lost roughly 8+ lbs. This week I will be travelling; that means I am likely to lose weight. But getting in those workouts will be that much harder.
