– Being happy is Yoga

– Knowing that you have done your job or more is Yoga

– Feeling the spurt of kindness that evolves in you when you hear a touching need is Yoga

– Experiencing Joy when you see a baby smile is Yoga

– Knowing God is there is Yoga
